Sales Manager

Working Responsibilities

Making cold calls and emails to possible partners in Turkish and other targeted countries where can generate new partnerships.
Managing the sales process in investment fund and property selling, meeting with partners or video calls and doing proper follow up for closing deals
Weekly reports on the new leads generations and conversions, from both partner side and region side.
Managing the CRM and keeping the contacts database up to date with indications
Attending company webinars and offline seminars, fairs and international events with the team if necessary.
Following up for direct digital leads generated from marketing activities who are interested in Golden Visa and Portuguese investment options.

Requirements

Senior Project Manager

Working Responsibilities

Collaborate with 3-party architect designers, engineers, and architects etc. to determine the specifications of real estate project
Manage and monitor the real estate projects from beginning to end, ensure the quality standards of constructions.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Budget planning and cost estimating
Risk management, plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations

Requirements

8 years or above experience
Relevant experience in Hospitality projects (Services Apartments)
Analytical and project management skills

Asset Manager

Working Responsibilities

Coordinates with property managers, land-loads, law firms and other third parties to complete due diligence for real estate projects, and complete acquisition process accordingly.
Keen to market trends to maximize profits and identify investment opportunities.
Provide strategic advice and manage the property assets according to investment preferences and goals.
Prepares financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts.
Compiles and presents asset management reports to clients, supervisors and senior executives.

Social Media Ads Specialist

Working Responsibilities

To support our digital & online growth strategy
Creation and optimization of the short-videos/commercials in acquisition channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Ins, YouTube)
Assistance in building qualification marketing channels and process for leads generation.
Managing the company websites and social medias
Marketing materials (posters, flyers, brochures etc.) creation

Requirements

1 or 2 years in Digital Ads Agency or 1 year as an Ads manager in high value B2C products
Be familiar with the migration industry is a plus
Fluent English is a plus
